“Its construction means it stays warm in winter and doesn’t get too hot in summer. We’ve found Coatesville to be a very tight, friendly community where everybody knows everybody and people are really caring.”

Ron had a clear capsule pool cover installed over the heated salt-water pool. You can swim under its arcing structure in winter and in warmer months it can be slid back.
He’s done extensive, mainly subtropical landscaping and added two elegant Winter Gardenz glasshouses. He also added two adjoining timber cabins a short distance from the home which can serve as storage or may suit a home office.
